Wake on LAN (version 2)

To wake up a comuputer using Magic Packet WOL, please supply the Ethernet (MAC) address of the computer, and IP address or host name the magic packet should be sent to. This should be either the subnet broadcast address of the network the computer is on, or fowarded to it. (UDP port 9 - discard)
